Double room in Balham

Looking for a housemate to fill a lovely double room in a 3 bed / 1 bathroom house share in Balham. It’s the top flat of the house with downstairs neighbours (who are so nice, we have a WhatsApp chat with them!)

It’s a great location just 7 minutes from the tube (and 4 minutes to the Bedford!).
You’ll be living with two girls, Becky works a few days from home but is mainly in the office and I’m a health care professional so I’m out the house most of the time!

We are both relaxed and looking for someone who is really chilled and will fit in nicely in a calm house. We try to hangout when we can which could be a coffee and walk, Netflix evenings or a few beers in the local! However we are quite busy in our own social lives.

Landlord is great, bills are about £130 month at the moment and if there’s anything else just let me know!

There’s also bike storage!
