We have two double rooms that are becoming available in May in our cosy flat share in Balham.
Located just an 8 minute walk from Balham train and tube station this flat is also near 3 amazing commons (Tooting, Wandsworth and Clapham!)
Am looking for a two new gals to join an existing flatshare with one other (Kiwi girl mid 30’s) in this wonderful top floor flat share! The room will be available from Sunday 24th May.
The room advertised is a double that comes with a double bed (ottoman so under bed storage!) two wardrobes, a chest of drawers and tall drawers, as well as a space for a desk also if needed. It gets the afternoon/evening sun and is on a quiet street.
You will be living with Bre, originally from New Zealand but has called London home for nearly 6 years now! Love a good yap and chill time in the lounge binge watching a series and always up for a quiz night or dinner in the common especially with summer coming!
The flat is chill and not a party flat at all, so am looking for someone who loves a yap and chill time in the lounge together but also someone who is pretty chill during the week as all know we have that thing called work 😅
Looking for someone who is in full time employment, works hybrid/out at the office is preferred and of course is clean, tidy and respectful of others.
Of course get that everyone has their own lives and mates too but would be nice to get to know each other and perhaps do the odd coffee and stomp round the commons every now and then or something like that! 😎
Rent is £1000 per month for the room with bills being £98.59 (always set to fluctuate depending on season and price increases, but generally stays around £100 each per month) on top of that. Deposit is £1000
The weekly cleaning in the flat is shared and on a rota as such, as we don’t have a cleaner, but you only need to clean once every 3 weeks and always flexible!
Looking for people between 33-45 only please.
