You’ll be sharing the flat with two lovely flatmates, Emily & Sophie, both easy-going, clean, and sociable young professionals in their 20s. They’re into food, travelling, netball/running, trashy reality TV, and occasional pub trips. The vibe in the flat is relaxed, friendly, and respectful - ideal for someone kind, considerate, and clean who’s looking for a short term homely space.
The Flat
- Spacious lounge with comfy sofa, dining table and tv ideal for fun nights in.
- Fully equipped kitchen: gas stove, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer.
- Shared bathroom: bath/shower, toilet, sink & bidet.
- Extra storage cupboard (with rails for coats and space for suitcases etc)
The Room
- Officially unfurnished can provide the furniture in photos if it suits the tenant (could include bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers if it suits the subletter)
- Bright and quiet, perfect for working or relaxing.
The Details
- Rent excludes bills, which are shared equally (approx. £100/month for Wi-Fi, council tax, gas/electric, water).
- Available from February 15th to April 8th.
- Very friendly, responsive landlord who is easy to contact and very reasonable.
