Looking for a chilled, sociable female flatmate to take over my room in my 3-bed flat in Balham from 1st October.
You’d be living with two lovely girls Hannah (34) and Georgina (28) who are chilled, chatty and love the odd wine or two (if you like a bit of trash TV you’ll get on well 😉). They really make the house feel like home and are looking for someone who would enjoy socialising together from time to time, although we all have our own lives too and respect each other’s space.
I’ve loved living here with the girls, but have decided to go travelling so sadly have to say goodbye.
If you work from home then you can work from the spacious living room. I WFH 100% of the time and the girls are super chilled about me having the living room as my workspace during the day and will keep the same arrangement for whoever moves in. I never get bothered in there during the day and have a desk by the window which is so lovely to get some light and watch the world go by 🥰
Great location, 5 mins walk from Balham station (overground and underground) with loads of great bars and restaurants nearby. It’s close to the main road so feels super safe walking at night, but far enough away that it’s nice and quiet without lots of traffic noise. The flat has a lovely big communal garden too which is great in the summer.
We’re for a female flatmate aged 28-35 who’s chilled, tidy and social but not looking for a party flat.
£930 PM plus bills (£930 deposit).
