The spacious flat is located on a quiet road just off Tooting Common. Transport links are excellent with both Balham and Streatham Hill stations a short walk away. There are very regular buses to Brixton from the end of the road and another bus stop 2 minutes’ walk from the flat with buses to all northern line tube stations from Balham to Stockwell.

The available room is bright and airy, with suitable storage (more available elsewhere in flat), and a large openable window. The bed is larger than a king size.

I work full time and am in the office 4/5 days a week, usually working from home one day a week (the day varies). I am sporty, respectful and sociable, and lead a busy life so you will often have the flat to yourself.
