It is located in the lower ground floor and comes fully furnished : double ottoman bed with tempur mattress and large wardrobes of which one with mirror doors, so plenty of storage space (required for previous tenant but can discuss removing some if a desk preferred or simply more space).

The living room is separate from the kitchen and is fully furnished, including TV with Netflix&Disney+ subscriptions for enjoying a cozy day/night in.

The kitchen comes fully equipped and leads on to a balcony where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning /a cold drink during summer days or water the plants if in need of a calming activity 😉
