Sadly 2 of us are moving out to save some money / new location so we're looking for 2 new gals to move in! Ideally late 20s, easy going, friendly, respectful and would like to live somewhere that feels like home! â%9D£️

You'll be living with Jane and we love a wholesome evening cooking together, keeping active by running and the gym, as well trips to the pub and are definitely partial to a big night out. During the week, we work from home 2-3 days and are in the office for the rest of the week.

*we're a really social flat, but not a party flat*

The flat is located about 5 mins from Tooting Bec and 7 mins from Balham, next to Milk Run so pretty great location!

Both bedrooms are a similar size, one on the first floor and one on the second. Both also at the back of the house so relatively quiet at night.

We have a little roof terrace, which gets sun all day during the summer. The kitchen is on the cosy side, but it has plenty of storage etc. There is a separate toilet and bathroom which is really handy. Then a big dining/ living room, which is really cosy.
