You'll be living with 3 female professionals in their late 20's working full time. They're all independent with their own social lives but equally enjoy coming together as a house to watch tv or go out for dinner.

Balham station (northern line and Southern Rail) is a 7 minute walk away. There are lots amenities nearby including a selection of supermarkets, cafes, bars, restaurants, other high street shops, gyms, Wandsworth and Tooting Common and Clapham is not far either.
About you:
We are looking for a late 20's/early 30's, like minded, female professional who will integrate well and contribute to keeping the house a homey place!
Admin bits:
Rent and bills come to c. £1100 for one month. The room is available mid-October. The house is managed by a great agent that is always responsive.
