Double room available Balham

I’m looking for a new housemate to join me in my two-bedroom flat in Balham, as my current flatmate is sadly moving in with his girlfriend.

The area: Balham is a lovely neighbourhood with a great community feel. The flat is just a 6-minute walk from Balham tube and train station (Northern Line + National Rail), making it really easy to get into central London. There are loads of shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants on the high street, plus two gyms close by. Tooting Common and Clapham Common are both within walking distance if you like green space, running or weekend walks.

It’s a homely and relaxed place – clean, tidy and comfortable. Perfect for unwinding after work, cooking dinner or having a chat over a glass of wine.

Ideally someone friendly and considerate. A professional who enjoys having a warm, easy-going home. The flat works well for someone who has a mix of working from home and in the office.
