I have an extra-large double room available in a very calm, quiet location(best area in Balham) .
No major traffic or shops are near, so it's extremely peaceful all the time.
Shops, tubes, and train station are within 3-7 minutes walk.
Large beautiful park offering great outdoor activities (swimming pool, tennis, etc) basically 1min walk.
The room has a built in wardrobe and comes with an LG oled tv(shared netflix) , a new tv shelf and new electrically adjustable office desk and office chair. You have the freedom to bring your own bed, optionally I can buy a brand-new bed and quality mattress. You will be sharing the flat with two friendly people, plenty of access to the kitchen and no queuing for the bathroom. No annoying neighbours, this place feels very peaceful. It's an ideal place for a working professional. I am looking for a clean, quiet, respectful flatmate. Short term rent considered.
