Double room in lovely Balham flat!

Hello! Double room available in our lovely Balham flat! The flat is located on a nice quiet road, a short (7 minute) walk from Balham station and a similar distance from Tooting Common. Also have a huge garden (great for summer BBQs), and off road parking space if needed! We rarely have any issues with the flat but the landlord is really great and helpful if anything pops up.

I’m sadly moving out to go travelling but we have lived here the past 2 years and have absolutely loved my time here! You’d be sharing with Josh (27) and Charlotte (28), both work in PR - very chill and super homey atmosphere in the house. Would love to find someone who slots in and wants to make it their home!

Room is £950 pcm and bills are max £100 all in (incl fibre wifi and contents insurance). We need someone to take over the contract from the 11th of November but the room will be available from ~3rd November. Will need to pass usual referencing etc - deposit is actually 1163.46 as it’s split evenly between the flatmates but spareroom doesn’t let us put that!
