Double Room in Balham with Balcony

We have two flatmates leaving to move home to Australia sadly, so have two double bedrooms to fill.

You'll be living with two professionals from Scotland - we enjoy socialising in the evening watching tv, the odd dinner in and out, as well as a drink in the wine bar across the road or at a local pub!

The flat is really well located in Balham - we are 5 minutes walk from the tube and national rail, and there's a bus stop just out the front too (as well as parking available if needed). We have a 24hr concierge, and lots of shops/amenities within minutes from the flat. There are a great bunch of pubs and brunch spots just around the corner too. Our building also has shared garden spaces, and is only 10 minutes walk from Wandsworth (or about 15-20 minutes walk to Tooting or Clapham Common), so close to plenty of outdoor spaces.

The room comes with a wardrobe, double bed and private balcony.

The move in date will be 17th November. You'll be joining on to our current contract which runs until 21st June 2026 (with potential to then resign for another year long contract).
