Room available in our all girls flat in Balham

Room available on our 3 bed all girls flat in Balham as I'm sadly moving out to go travelling!

Have literally *loved* living here and so sad to let it go. The flatmates are looking for someone ideally late 20s, easy going, friendly, respectful and would like to live somewhere that feels like home! â%9D£️

The flat is a perfect distance between the tubes (7 mins to Balham and 5 to Tooting Bec), and located just next to Milk Run the bakery 🥯 & a 10 mins walk to Tooting Common.

We have a roof terrace which gets full sun over the summer and is perfect for having friends round. We love to host dinner parties , a wholesome evening cooking together, keeping active by running and the gym, as well trips to the pub and are definitely partial to a big night out. During the week, we work from home 2-3 days and are in the office for the rest of the week.

*we're a really social flat, but not a party flat*

We also are lucky to have a really friendly landlord who's recently got us a new shower & oven over the last couple of months.

Move in end of October but I can be flexible if you need to move in before ☺️
