We’re about to put an offer down on a gorgeous 5-bed house in Balham (with study!), and we’re looking for two sociable girls to join us on the offer!

We’re three girls in our 20s, all friendly, social, and love a good balance between going out for drinks/dinners and having cosy nights in. 🥂🍝✨

The house is stunning and in great location less than 10mins from Balham station. The two rooms available are very spacious and have natural lighting (floor plan room 1 & 3).

We’re ideally looking for like-minded professional gals who are easygoing, tidy, and keen to make the house a home 💕

ROOM 3 - £1250

Move in would be early/mid December.
