Well hey future housemate!
We are looking for a new gal to join us at our wonderful top floor flat share in Balham as our current housemate is moving out.
The room will be available from Sunday 7th December.
The room advertised is a double with a large wardrobe, bedside table, small desk and chair. The bed is also an ottoman so extra under bed storage which is always a bonus!
You will be living with two other girls (Emma 28, Scottish and Bre 34, New Zealand)☺️
We are looking for someone who has a full time job (ideally only wfh a few days per week), is tidy, quiet and respectful but equally loves to have a chat/watch Netflix in the evenings if ya fancy it. Respect we all have our own lives, but would love someone who is chill and friendly who we can become friends with over time too! We are looking for someone 28+ and ladies only please!
Rent for the room is £895 per month with bills being £100 on top of that which don’t ever really change which is great.
We share the cleaning in the flat as we don’t have a cleaner, but you only need to clean once every 3 weeks.
We are only an 8 min walk from Balham tube/train station. Balham’s a great area of London (at least we think so!) and is still close enough to central London being on the Northern Line (30 mins into central London) also we are surrounded by 3 different commons!
