You’ll be living with two full-time professionals (25 & 26) — an actuary in the city and an A&E paediatric nurse. We love a chilled, sociable atmosphere: think wine nights, brunches, pilates, dinners out, and exploring London.

Located on a safe, residential street, just a 6-minute walk to Balham station. The house is huge and perfect for both cosy nights in and having friends over.
We have:
Large modern kitchen with all amenities
Garden with furniture
Two living spaces — living room + chill area off the kitchen
Washer & dryer in the basement
Loft with 2 spare single beds for guests
Shared WFH room (but not looking for full-time WFH)
