I’m moving out to go travelling after 4 great years in this flat, so we’re looking for someone new to join our lovely home in Elmfield Mansions, Balham. I’ve loved living here and this room and I’m sad to be letting it go. Amazing deal for what you get and lovely housemates

Shared living room and kitchen, great for dinners or a chilled evening in
5-minute walk to Balham Underground & Overground stations (Northern line + rail links)
Gym literally 50 metres down the road
Perfect location for Wandsworth Common, Tooting Bec, and Clapham Common
Aldi, Sainsbury’s and Waitrose within 5 min walk.

Housemates
You’ll be living with:
Elliot (27) – works in the Civil Service
Richie (29) – works in sales
Two easy-going house mates that enjoy socialising and Both work from home 2–3 days a week, but the flat is spacious enough that it never feels crowded. They’re looking for someone friendly, considerate, and happy to make the flat feel like home.

This has been a really relaxed and welcoming flat. We’ve all lived here for 3-4 years, and it’s been a great mix of hanging out together and doing our own thing.
