Beautiful short term sublet all bills included

I'm looking to sublet my mini but mighty one bed garden flat for 6-10 weeks. Dates can be a bit flex- could be anywhere from 27 December to end of February. My landlord (who is awesome and lives just up the road) has agreed to allow me to sublet for up to 2 months in total, but if it's a bit longer that that he shouldn't mind... I'll just check with him first.
I'm looking for someone trustworthy, respectful, tidy and who would love to stay in this flat as much as I do.

Rent amount includes all reasonable bills (ie, please don't leave the heating on all day!). I'm a single professional female and would ideally like to find someone similar. It's the perfect size for one person (which I would prefer)- if you are a couple you'd need to get along well and not have too much stuff ;)

There is great storage. The plan would be for me to put my personal belongings (clothes etc) into storage, but leave all the kitchenware and appliances etc for you to use as you need.

I adore this flat, have spend a lot of time, money and effort furnishing it and have built great relationships with my neighbours. You'll feel safe with them around you. I'm in a beautiful garden. It's shared with two other flats but you'll rarely see anyone else and I often have it all to myself! The seating area outside the flat is only used by me/ you. You can't smoke on the property, so if you do, you can just smoke out on the footpath.
It's a fab area, only 5 min walk form Tooting Bec Common, Streatham Hill train station and loads of buses to Brixton, Croydon, the city and other locations.
It's also a 20 min walk to Balham station across the top of Tooting Bec Common. You'll have a wide choice of gyms, bars, supermarkets, cafes and pretty much anything you need.

I've had a tough year with work, redundancies and a mother with dementia in Australia so I'm taking a short break for myself.

I'm 47, single, love a chat and currently work in the Architecture sector (I'm not an Architect though lol) and have worked around the world at sea for years. I won't tell you my profession (just yet) because you might judge me! My profession seems to be about as popular as dentists are these days.... I promise I'm pretty cool though.

I am asking for a deposit of £600 which you'll get back as soon as I'm back and everything is in order. I'll (try to) arrange one of those deposit schemes if I can.
