Large Double Room in 2-Bed Flat on Tooting Common

Hi there

We are looking for someone fun, relaxed and easy going to fill my room when I move out of London at the beginning of January.

I am moving out of London for work, and you’ll be living with my wonderful flatmate Alex, an amazing events planner who is doing her masters in psychology. She enjoys a Barry’s class, a glass of white or rosé, cats, and is an amazing person to live with.

The flat is a very chilled, relaxed space where we tend to unwind together or separately, a stones throw from Tooting Bec Common with all the outdoor space that comes with it! The flat has been recently renewed with brand new sofas and carpet last year.

It has a huge living room/dining room, bright & modern kitchen with new oven/hob, breakfast bar & small balcony accessed from it. The bathroom has a shower over bath & is easy to keep clean. The flat has big double glazed windows throughout to keep it bright & airy all year round.
The room itself comes with a double bed and two nightstands. The other furniture in the room will be coming with me, but I’m open to offers if you would like to keep any storage items.
We’re looking for someone easy going, clean, and sociable who can move in early January, and I have some flexibility on move out date so we can negotiate move in date.
