Large double room in friendly female Balham flat

We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our flat in Balham from November 22nd (may be some flexibility with date).

THE FLAT
The flat has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, living room and garden (a massive perk in summer!). We are on a quiet residential street but a close walk to Balham high street, which has plenty of food, drinks, shops, supermarkets etc. Balham tube (northern line) is a 7 min walk and we are also close to Balham and Wandsworth Common train stations.

THE ROOM
The room is a large double furnished with a bed (remaining furniture TBC). Bills are currently around £99 per month each (including water, gas, electricity, Wi-Fi, council tax etc). Our contract is currently until May 2026 (you would be replacing the current housemate on the contract), but there would be the option to continue the contract after May so long as the landlord is happy with this.

THE HOUSEMATES
You will be living with me (Anna) and Rebeka.

Anna - I’m 31 and a clinical psychologist. I work on site weekdays in a hospital. I love going out for food and drinks, watching trashy reality tv (a not so guilty pleasure!), exploring London, going for cocktails, seeing friends, sunbathing in the garden when it’s warm etc.

Rebeka is 29 and a trainee accountant. She moved into the property in August and enjoys reading, gym classes, going for coffee/ food whilst exploring London and k-pop!

We are both pretty easy going, so looking for someone with a similar vibe. While we love chill drinks or the occasional night out, it’s not really a party house!

We are looking for a female professional (aged 28-37) to fill the room who wants to treat the place like a home and be friends with who they live with. We both have our own friendship circles, but equally really like getting on with the people we live with! If you’re clean, considerate, fun loving and easygoing, this is the flat for you!
