Lovely Double Room in Balham available from 1st December!

I am sadly leaving my cosy double room in a 3 bed flat share in Balham to move in with a friend. You would be living with Skye (26) and Ellie (24) who are both lovely, easy going and great flatmates.

The flat is a maisonette with a spacious separate kitchen and living room (fully furnished) and is spread over 2 floors. Rent is £743 + just ~£100 in bills (Council tax, Energy + gas, water and wifi).

Only 7 minute walk to Balham station which offers underground and overground services and the area is full of nice cafes, pubs and brunch spots! There’s also an Aldi & Sainsbury’s 7-8 minutes away which is ideal.

Ideally looking for a young professional in their mid twenties to takeover on or around the 1st December.
