Beautiful Spacious Ensuite Room in Balham

Large ensuite room available in friendly Balham house share.

Very sadly our lovely housemate is moving out and we are looking for someone to take over her room. A super spacious and bright ensuite bedroom with a king size bed. The house has a shared living room and a large kitchen diner along with a cute courtyard garden - perfect for those summer months!

We enjoy keeping the house clean and tidy and are looking for someone who feels the same and is keen to make the house a home.

A bit about us - you'll be sharing with 2 girls and 1 guy aged 27-31. We are all working professionals (working hybrid) who enjoy spending time together whether that is watching TV, going out for dinner, drinks, comedy nights and the odd concert! We equally enjoy a quiet night in and respect each other's space.

The house is situated on a quiet residential street, a short walk from Tooting Common. We are approximately 10 minutes from Streatham Hill station and 15 minutes walk from Balham (train and Northern Line). There are also frequent buses nearby and on street parking available (would need a permit).

We do require someone who can be a bit flexible with the move in date as our housemate is in the process of completing on a place but move in date would be early December. Bills are approximately £100 each per month.
