Description
We’ve got a double room available in a house in Balham. It’s a friendly home with a nice shared lounge downstairs where we spend time together chilling, watching TV, or heading out to the pub. We’re looking for someone sociable who enjoys getting involved and hanging out with the house.
The room’s available because one of our housemates is moving to Canada, so we’re hoping for someone to move in around late November/ early December (by about the 5th). The tenancy runs for another year, with the option to extend after that.
