Large double room in Balham 🌺✨

Hey! Our lovely housemate (Raj) is moving abroad for a new job, so we are looking for someone to have her room from 9th January and commit to at least a year on our contract :)

Currently two girls - Rebecca (27) working in the charity sector and Ines (29) working in the financial sector. We both work hybrid and are looking for a girl who’s a similar age to join us in our first floor maisonette flat in Balham🩵

The room is a large double with big windows and lots of light. There’s a double bed, desk, clothes rail, 2 chests of drawers and bed side tables✨

There is a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. The flat is in a quiet residential street and a 5/10 minute walk to Wandsworth common🍃

We’re both sociable, love exploring London, theatre, concerts, yoga, pilates and travelling. We like doing stuff together, watching TV and chilling in the flat, but also have our own friends 🌺

It’s a 7/8 minute walk to Balham tube, and 10 mins to Balham high street 🍹

Rent is £893 a month and bills come to around £100 a month

We’re looking for someone who’s a non smoker and who will help keep the flat clean and tidy
