The flat is a spacious top-floor split level one-bedroom located on a stunning quiet residential street, just a 10-minute walk from Balham tube station, which is 20-minute tube to Central London. The tube is next to the overground which goes to Clapham Junction in 5 mins and Victoria in 10 mins, which has been super convenient for us. The property is a 2-minute walk away from the common too.

The flat comes fully furnished! The bedroom has a bed, mattress, two chests of drawers, a desk, and two wardrobes. The lounge includes a dining table and chairs, a sofa that can convert into a sofa bed, and two wooden coffee tables. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, including a washing machine. The rent is £1,875 per month and deposit is £2,160. References will be done by an external company which the property company will sort out if you wish to proceed. The property is managed by a great family owned property company with an excellent maintenance team who take really good care of the flat. The property will be professionally cleaned before you move in.
