We’re looking for a someone to join us in our Balham house!

I’ll soon be moving in with my boyfriend and (sadly!) parting with the master bedroom in our lovely 2-bed flat that I currently share.

We’d love to have a female professional aged 25-45 who’s easygoing, and likes to chat, but also values home as a place to rest and recharge. We keep the house very clean, so we would love someone who’s also clean and respectful.

The flat is well located on a lovely residential street, within walking distance of both Balham and Tooting Bec stations (8-10 minute walk) giving you easy access to both the Northern line tube and overground train services. It’s a great area with all of the amazing pubs, brunch spots and restaurants of Balham on your doorstep and green space at Tooting Common only a 7 mins walk away.

The flat is on the second floor of a large house which is split into 3 flats. Our neighbours are super friendly and both own their flats. We keep in touch with a shared group chat for our flat as well as the wider Brandreth road community chat.

You’d be sharing with Kristen (29) who works in the charity sector. Kristen is a hybrid worker working from home 3-days a week based in the shared living room.

Rent is £1,350 plus bills at around £130 per month.
