One month let (maybe more) in homely Balham flat

Short term let for 19 Jan - 19 Feb while the flat changes hands. Great as a temporarily as a base in Balham with great links into central London and as a working from home spot. It's a lovely and sought after flat.

Long term tenants move out and a new buyer moves in in Feb. I have listed on airbnb, too, but would prefer one short term tenant to cover the period.

There is a big, homely kitchen-living room and a master bedroom at the back of the property. There is a separate room that is an office space, or can be made a bedroom if you are staying two weeks or longer and need it.

Bedrooms:
I've listed as a two bed. Would suit a single or e. g. a couple with different WfH-hybrid jobs. The second bedroom is currently set up as an office. We can get a second bed sorted for the month if needed for +£100.
