We’re looking for a new housemate to take over a room in our beautiful 3-bedroom Balham flat. The room is available from February 2026, with some flex.

We both value a home that is tidy, easy-going, and social. We love exploring London, discovering new music, and balancing fun nights out with chilled nights in.

We’re looking for someone like-minded who wants a home, not just a room - someone who is happy to hang out over a glass of wine or a coffee but also respects personal space.

Bills: Approx. £100-120/month
Council Tax Band C - lowest council tax rate in London
Move-in: February 2026 (flexible).
