I have recently purchased a flat and looking for a roommate to move in with me.
The flat is 2b2b with an open plan kitchen/dining/living room and balcony. It is about 5mins walk from Balham and Tooting Bec, right next to a Tesco express and a short walk from multiple local gyms.
I am still in the process of fully furnishing the flat to make it more colourful and cosy.
I work in finance, am quite sociable but also enjoy nights in cooking and watching tv. Looking for a flat mate (ideally female) that I can be friends with and enjoy nights in together, but still also both having our own social lives.
I am pescatarian so someone else vegetarian/pescatarian would work well for cooking together but definitely not a must!
