Double room in peaceful Balham flat

Looking for someone to move into our lovely Balham flat as my flatmate takes the plunge and moves in with his girlfriend next month. Really looking to find someone clean & tidy, who’d like to keep the flat a peaceful & chilled place to hang out. Move in: Dates can be flexible from the end of February.

🏠 The Flat: Double bedroom in a 2-bed (one bathroom) flat between Balham and Tooting Bec, just a stones throw away from Tooting Common. The flat is the middle flat in a large townhouse with two other flats (one above, one below). The neighbours are friendly and keep themselves to themselves but never any noise or issues.

Me 🙋🏻‍♂️: I’m 28, work in finance and I’m originally from the North East. I’m a big runner, reader, love cooking and an overpriced coffee & pastries. Not really clubber/partier but do enjoy a good pub night. I’m usually in the office 4/5 days a week and play football on Saturday afternoon.

📍 Location: 7-minute walk to Tooting Bec station, 12 mins to Balham Underground/Train. All the shops you could need nearby. It’s a gorgeous and very safe (and walk to the stations) street to live on.

💵 Rent: £950 + bills, which are usually ~£160 a month. Move in any time from the end of February.
