My flatmate of two years is moving out to live with their partner, so I’m looking for a new flatmate to join me in this lovely flat that I’ve happily called home for the past four years.

The location is honestly one of the best bits, we’re just a 2-minute walk from Tooting Bec station, less than 5 minutes from Tooting Common, and around a 10-minute walk into central Balham. Perfect for commuting, weekend walks, and going out for brunch or drinks.

A bit about me: I’m sociable and often out seeing friends, but I also really value cosy nights in - think a glass of wine, a trashy Netflix series, and a good chat. I’m hoping to find a like minded girl who has her own busy social life but also enjoys chilling on the sofa and occasionally cooking dinner together. This flat is very much my home, and I’d love to find someone who feels the same and treats it as such.

I predominantly work from home, heading into the office in the city once or twice a week. I work in the charity sector and am slightly obsessed with Pilates — we’re right by some amazing studios, and I’ve recently qualified as a teacher too, so 1:1 sessions could be on the cards if you fancy! 💪✨

Rent is £910 and bills are approx £120 a month so in total £1030 per month.
