Double room in Balham female houseshare

I’m leaving my lovely room in Balham to move in with my partner and looking for someone to replace me. Details below…

The room!
A good sized double room, light and airy with a garden view, situated at the back of the house where it’s very quiet. Comes with a lovely big wardrobe, in-built cupboard, bed and desk. I’m flexible with timings, but generally looking for someone who can take the room asap, as I’m ready to move!

The rest of the house!
There’s a lovely big living room, garden and double kitchen, so no shortage of space to hang out/chat/cook/have friends over! We also have a spare room (a rare treat in London!) with a sofa bed, ideal for having friends to stay. We use it as a laundry room when there are no guests around. There’s also a huge basement with plenty of extra storage space, should you need it, as well as a nice big porch (ideal for packages arriving when you’re out!

The area!
Balham is a brilliant location - the house is a few mins walk from the main high street and Balham station, where you have both the northern line and plenty of trains. There are loads of bars, cafes, shops, restaurants, yoga studios, a swimming pool and gyms all a few mins from the house. You’re also a short walk from lovely green spaces - roughly in the middle of Clapham Common, Wandsworth Common and Tooting Bec. It’s 20 mins into London Bridge and everything’s on your doorstep.

The flatmates!
You’ll be living with 3 lovely girls in their late twenties/early thirties who are all super laid back and friendly. Always happy to chat and catch up, but also have their own bits and bobs going on! Everyone is clean/tidy and easy going, all the things you hope for in flatmates! Bills are shared between everyone - usually about £120ish a month, depending on the time of year. The current contract runs until September, but generally renews each year with no issues, so a lovely stable place to live. We have a good relationship with the agency who look after the property, who are also located less than 2 mins from the house!
