Heyyy, our flatmate is moving out to live with her boyfriend, so a huge room in our three bed flat is available from the 11th of May!
We are Sophie, 28 from Leicester, works in higher education, and Maddie, 30 from Canada, works in PR and influencer marketing. We both have a mix of wfh and going into the office and we’re both into classic SW London activities - brunch, pub trips, netball/gym/pilates etc etc.
We are just a 3 min walk from Balham station (Northern Line & National Rail) and also super close to all the bars/pubs/restaurants/supermarkets/gyms of Balham!
The vibe in the flat is pretty relaxed and we’re looking for someone similar who is easy-going and clean, and who would be up for socialising but also has their own thing going on.
The room is lovely and bright and really quiet. The flat is officially unfurnished (but the furniture in the room can be bought from our old flatmate if you need/want it!)
The flat feels super homely and spacious, we absolutely love living here and would love to find someone that is keen to stay here to settle and make the flat feel like home. We’ve got lots of extra storage space and also a dishwasher!
Our landlord is very friendly, responsive, and actually very reasonable. The rent is £1,200 a month excluding bills, which are about £110/month on average (less in summer more in winter).
