A very spacious double room is available in our three bed flat, just a three min walk away from Balham station (Northern Line & National Rail).

You'd be sharing with two girls - Sophie, 28 from Leicester, works in higher education, and Maddie, 30 from Canada, works in PR and influencer marketing.

We both have a mix of wfh and going into the office and we’re both into classic SW London activities - brunch, pub trips, netball/gym/pilates etc etc. The vibe in the flat is relaxed, friendly, and respectful - ideal for someone kind, considerate, and clean who's looking for a homely space.

We’re looking for someone similar who is easy-going and clean, and who would be up for socialising but also has their own thing going on.

The room:
- Bright and quiet.
- Officially unfurnished (but can arrange to buy the current furniture in photos, e. g. bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, if interested).

The flat:
- Spacious living room with comfy sofa, dining table and TV.
- Fully equipped kitchen - gas stove, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer.
- Shared bathroom - bath/shower, toilet, sink & bidet.
- Extra storage cupboard with rails for coats and space for suitcases etc.

Location:
- Right in the heart of Balham, which is known for its great coffee shops and brunch spots. There are plenty of bars, gyms and supermarkets in walking distance.
- Balham tube/train station is literally a 3 min walk away, so you're quickly connected to central and Clapham Junction.

Details:
- Very friendly, responsive landlord who is easy to contact and very reasonable.
- £1,200 monthly rent, excluding bills, which are shared equally (approx. £110/month for Wi-Fi, council tax, gas/electric, water).
- Available from 11th May but we are looking to find someone in the next couple of weeks.
