Cosy Room in Friendly House 4 Min from Balham Stat

Looking for a third person to join us, 2 girls, both aged 27 (Vicky and Sammie) in our 3 bed flat which is located a couple of minutes walk from Balham station.

The flat is great - we have a large shared living room and a separate kitchen and dining space. There’s a shared bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. We are on the ground floor and have access to a shared garden.

The avaliable double room is a £894 in rent each month and bills are around £110. The deposit is £1060. We are looking for someone to take the room from the 20th April.

We are both outgoing and sociable people, and would be looking for similar qualities in a housemate! We love going to the lido, playing a bit of tennis, going out for brunch and drinks, and chilling on the sofa watching tv.
