Bright, Friendly Double Close to Balham Station

Hi, I am a 33 year-old History teacher, so you can benefit from the house to yourself most days during term. My housemate (who I met through Spareroom two years ago) is moving to live in Edinburgh so her room is free. I love the MoreYoga and going up to Tooting Bec Common (even the lido in the summer), both of which are a two minute walk away. I am into adventurous holidays - off to Kazakhstan horse-riding and Kyrgyzstan trekking for July and August (so you would have the flat to yourself over summer). I like to draw (I go to an art class each Monday) and visit exhibitions too. Our living room is super spacious, we can sit ten for an occasional dinner party. Ideally, looking for a professional housemate who wants to live in a calm, relaxed, friendly home and enjoys a balance of socialising and alone time. We have a cleaner who comes twice a month too.
