The flat is a lovely Victorian style with modern interior and is in a fantastic location:
- 10-minute walk to Balham Underground (Northern line) and National Rail,
- Large Sainsbury's and plenty of cafés, pubs and restaurants nearby,
- Easy access to Clapham, Tooting, and Wandsworth Commons,
- Quick commute into Central London
You'll be sharing with just me (31), so it's a calm, spacious two-person flat rather than a busy house share.
The landlord is excellent, any issues are dealt with quickly and professionally.
A bit about me: I work as a consultant and am usually in the office 5 days a week. Outside work I'm into the gym, running, cycling and hiking, and enjoy heading to the pub or grabbing coffee at the weekends. I'm sociable but also appreciate everyone's own space.
I'm looking for a chill and friendly professional who's independent and up for a laugh.
