Looking for someone to replace me in this lovely Balham flat. It's a spacious but homey 3 bedroom flat and you would be sharing with two other ladies in their late 20s/30s.

Also within walking distance are lovely Commons - Tooting, Wandsworth and Clapham. Transport links are great with National Rail, Northern Line tube and plenty of buses.
