Large double room available in spacious first floor 2 bed flat between Balham and Tooting Bec!

A bit about the room: The room is a large double room with shower en suite, and overlooks the building’s shared patio which is away from the main road. There is a large built in wardrobe along one of the walls, and there is plenty of room for a desk in the room. Please note that there will be different furniture in the room as it belongs to the current tenant. We can have the room left unfurnished if that would be your preference!

About the rest of the flat: There is an open plan kitchen / living / dining room, with a small balcony the overlooks the road and is a real sun trap in the morning! There are beautiful high ceilings throughout and large windows which makes the space feel really light and airy.
The kitchen has been finished to an extremely high standard, and overall the flat really feels like a home. There is a private terrace that catches the afternoon and evening sun, and even comes with a bbq. There is a shared parking space for the building which can be used as hoc as needed, and a shared patio with bike storage downstairs.

A bit about me: I’m Lucy and have lived here for over 2 years now! Sadly my flatmate is moving to a new area, so I’m looking to find a flatmate and a friend! It’s a really relaxed home environment, and I love a chilled evening in front of the tv or a glass of wine on the terrace, but can easily be convinced for a trip to the local pub. I work in Consulting in Cental, and work from home a couple of days a week. I’d love to hear from you if you think this is the type of place you’re looking for!
