The house is perfectly located on the corner of the trendy Ritherdon Road with its array of coffee shops, brunch cafes and galleries for that perfect Saturday/Sunday morning. Argos and 24 hour Tesco are right next door, Whilst Tooting Common, home to the weekly Park Run and the famous Tooting Bec Lido only an 8 minute walk to the rear. You'll find Tooting Broadway with its two trendy food markets, busy pubs, bars, restaurants and brunch cafes just a 10 minute walk away. Tooting was recently voted the 10th coolest neighbourhood in the world to live, by Lonely Planet. In the other direction, Balham High Road providing all the local amenities you could need including a large Sainsbury’s and a fitness first gym less than 100 meters from the door.

In terms of transport links, Tooting Bec station is only a 3 minute walk from the front door and 8 minutes in the other direction you have Balham with the option of tube and overground links to clapham junction. There are numerous buses that pass the property with a night bus that practically stops just outside.

You will be sharing with 2 females and 1 Male housemates, who you will meet on the viewing. They are lovely guys and have become good friends, therefore it would be ideal that the new housemate will be looking for a home not just a room.
