The room is adjacent to the shared bathroom located at the top of the stairs. The stairs add to the privacy of the room, giving a sense of a separate space within the flat itself. All rooms (except for the shared kitchen) are lockable. 🔑 The flat is split between the second and third floors of the building.

The living room of this flat has been converted into the Landlords’ bedroom, so there is no shared living space available. However the tall ceilings and generous size rooms really help keep the flat feeling comfortable and airy!

The flat is located on a beautiful street with lots of families and active, young professionals. It’s equidistant to either Balham Station or Tooting Bec Station, perfect for commuters on the Northern Line. 🚆

The flat is owned by Isabela & Alex 👋 - we are a young & friendly couple, both working professionals. 😊 We are looking for a fun, easy-going and respectful housemate (and if they like road-biking, that’s a bonus!). 🚴‍♀️🚴‍♂️ Somebody who enjoys their own space but would be equally happy to join us for a coffee is the perfect balance for us! ☕️
