Balham -large double in spacious Victorian house -

Due to someone moving in with partner, we are looking for a professional person, non smoker for a minimum of 6 months.
The house is a large Victorian house in a quiet street 7 mins walk from Balham tube/rail with good connections to London Bridge(20 mins) & Victoria(12-15 mins by rail), close to many bars and restaurants, Sainsburys, Waitrose etc, and 2 mins from local gym, squash courts & pool. Tooting Bec Lido, Uk`s largest outdoor pool is not far away.

The room is a very spacious double & quiet on the ground floor, at the back of the house, and furnished with double bed, chest of drawers, desk overlooking garden & wardrobe. This is the perfect home for those looking to balance WFH with socialising with housemates and friends.🥳 I, Alex have a room there but am usually away for months at a time.

The house has 2 bathrooms, super fast WIFI internet and a shared lounge with Sky HDTV , Netflix, Youtube etc and very friendly laid back atmosphere. We also have a cleaner who comes once a week. There is a good size garden with BBQ for these balmy summer days(??)

All bills are included, including Sky TV, council tax, gas/electricity, water bills and cleaners cost, but excluding cleaning materials. Hyperfast internet, commercial speeds.

Interests of other housemates are running, swimming, , football, rugby, golf, gym, music gigs etc. We do drinks/meals out on occasions and also have our own circles of friends.
