Balham is on the Northern Line - 20 mins from both the City and Central London. Night tube runs to Balham so you don't have to worry about catching the last tube when out on weekends
The flat is situated between Balham station and Wandsworth Common station. From there, you can also take the mainline train to Victoria (15 mins from Balham according to CityMapper).
There is a huge Sainsbury, Waitrose and Lidl plus lots of nice restaurants and bars.
There're also several quality pubs within 5 mins walk.
It's next to Wandsworth Common so it's great during the summer.
There are also loads of social activities (touch rugby, etc) in the Common.
About the house:
It's a 3-double bed ground floor flat with a shared kitchen/ living room and a bathroom.
There's also a garden at the back for summer BBQs.
