Homely Garden Flat, Great Location

Looking for a new flat mate to replace an outgoing flatmate. I moved into this lovely Edwardian Maisonette eight years ago. It is a great location, just under 15 min walk from Balham station (around 7 min walk to Streatham Hill) and right next to Tooting Bec Common. It is very spacious and with the bonus of outside space.

About the Flat

It is a great location, away from busy roads and a park on your doorstep. There is also a small garden/ decking at the back, perfect for those summer BBQs. There is a big kitchen/ dining room, a sitting room and a bathroom.

The large bedroom has a double bed, bed side table, chest of drawers, wardrobe and desk.

The small bedroom has a double bed, bed side table and chest of drawers. There is also a wardrobe and this is just outside the room.

About the Flatmates:

I'm 33 and am an Accountant, in my free time I’m usually out and about, cycling, playing Tennis or exploring museums / galleries.

Looking for a professional who is tidy, easy going and use the flat as a home rather than a room to rent.
