Double room in Mildmay

Big double room fully furnished with a massive wardrobe. The window has double glazing and faces the mews at the back of the house so it's super quiet.
I'm going back to my home country but this house is a gem! It'll be available on 1st February.
You'll be living with Umut, an architect from Turkey and Sacha, a part-time history student from London. Please note there's no living room!
The bathroom and the kitchen have been recently refurbished and we have a dishwasher and a tumble drier!
The street and the area are pretty quiet. We have lovely neighbours upstairs and in normal conditions we go for a drink/dinner.
Bills not included, they're around 85 per month. A bit more in the winter now that we're working from home.
I'll be doing virtual viewings first and then it you like it we can arrange a visit.
