Cute Small Room In Detached House

3 bed detached house in a gated Mews in Dalston. The downstairs is open plan kitchen and lounge. There are three bedrooms, 2 medium sized and 1 small. There is a big roof top terrace with a table and BQQ. Location is ideal - right in the middle of Dalston but set back off the busy road. We are two friends looking for an easy going house mate to take the small room. We both work in recruitment and currently WFH. The room doesn’t fit a desk so not ideal for someone who permanently works from home (outside of lockdown). We are both very chilled and pretty tidy. We are looking for someone who is also a young professional.
