The room is very large and comes furnished with bed, desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers. We have a separate shower and toilet which helps for morning times.

This is a an authorised sublet - I know the owner and manage the property for him.
The flat is close to the railway line, but we have installed secondary glazing to help with the noise. Please do consider this if you are sensitive to this kind of thing.
