A bright, fully furnished double room is available in a lovely 2-bedroom house in Islington, just a short walk from Dalston Junction, Dalston Kingsland, and Canonbury stations. The location is excellent — close to Dalston’s cafés, restaurants, and shops, with great transport links to central London and Highbury & Islington.
The house is arranged over two floors with plenty of space and natural light. Downstairs, there is a cosy sitting room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher and washing machine), and a modern bathroom. There is also a private garden, ideal for quiet time or studying on a nice day.
The available room is a good-sized double and will be completely cleared before you move in. It’s a calm, comfortable space — ideal for someone who primarily works or studies independently and values privacy.
You’ll be sharing with me and my wife — we’re both students, friendly and respectful. We keep a tidy, relaxed home and are looking for someone who is considerate, mostly keeps to themselves, and prefers a quiet, low-social household rather than a busy or social flatshare. This would suit someone who spends most of their time in their room and appreciates a peaceful living environment.
We’re initially looking for someone for a few months to ensure it’s a good fit for everyone, with the possibility to extend.
