A bright, fully furnished double room available to sub-let in a lovely 2-bedroom house in Islington, just a short walk from Dalston Junction, Dalston Kingsland, and Canonbury stations. The location is excellent — close to Dalston’s cafés, restaurants, and shops, and with great transport links to central London and Highbury & Islington.

The house is set over two floors with plenty of space and natural light. Downstairs, there’s a cozy sitting room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, washing machine, and all kitchenware provided), and a modern bathroom. You’re welcome to use everything here, but feel free to bring your own things if you prefer. There’s also a lovely private garden, great for relaxing or studying outdoors on a nice day.

The room available is a good-sized double that will be completely cleared before you move in. It’s quiet and comfortable — perfect for someone looking for a homely space in a great area.

You’ll be sharing with me and my wife — we’re both students, friendly and easy-going. We like to keep the house tidy and relaxed, and we’d love to find someone who’s considerate, friendly, and enjoys a calm but social home.

We’re initially looking to sub-let for a few months to make sure it’s a good fit for everyone, with the possibility to extend.
