I'm looking for a professional flatmate to share a bright, stylish, furnished 2bedroom flat in the Barbican, in Thomas More House. (Your bedroom has a new double bed + mattress).

The living room is South-facing with large windows and a small balcony, and you can see St Paul's Cathedral dome out of the window. TV + Sonos speaker setup, dining table.

The kitchen is well equipped and modern. Dishwasher, washer and tumble dryer., induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, platewarmer (!). Everything is Miele.

Bathroom has original Barbican fittings, large bath+shower with great pressure..

I'm a 27 year old finance professional working in the City. I'm polite, social, tidy, and enjoy exploring London on the weekends. Looking for a respectful professional flatmate to share a really stunning, brilliantly located flat.

Also open to negotiating lets for someone who wants to be in the city e. g. only 4-5 days per week and is abroad/out of London on the weekends.
