Hi! We are leaving our 2 bed flat early and are looking for someone to take over the lease from us from February onwards. The date is somewhat flexible so even if you want to move in earlier or later it's worth letting us know :)

Living in the Barbican is amazing, you are a short walk from St Pauls, Bank, Moorgate and Old Street so transport is great, and being a resident here also gives you access to amazing resident only gardens with a special key. Parking and storage are available for an extra yearly fee, but are super affordable. There is also a 24/7 concierge.

And now about the flat:
It's a spacious 2 bed flat (approx 80 sqm), with two balconies, one of which is south facing and gets amazing sunlight all day. The other has views to the lake and you fall asleep with the sound of the waterfall which is amazing, especially since you are in central London. Walls are also super thick so you don't hear your neighbours! The bathroom is very spacious and split into a WC and sink, and a bathtub and sink, so perfect for sharing. The rooms are about the same size, with one being a little bigger than the other, but not by a lot. There is also underfloor heating and plenty of storage space in both rooms and in the communal areas. This flat is not to be missed, please get in touch with more info!
