There is a new electric heater one can adjust to one's needs.
The entrance leads to a double sofa sitting area, dining area and a nice, furnished and large kitchen (oven, cooker, modern fridge w/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine w/dryer) with much storage space. Wi-Fi enclosed in the rent. Other expenses excluded.
The other flatmate is a friendly and serious guy, who works long hours in the City. No parties are allowed. No guests other than significant ones.
